Delivery
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders, anywhere in the world. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sweden. We provide free standard shipping on all orders across Australia, exclusively using UPS for prompt and dependable delivery. Rest assured, all deliveries are insured by us until the package reaches its recipient. Please note, unclaimed packages will incur an administrative fee of 45 AUD.
Returns

Here's how you easily can return a Waldor & Co. product:

You're entitled to a full refund for any Waldor & Co. products that are returned unused and in their original packaging within 60 days from the date you received your order.

To initiate a return, please visit our online return portal. You'll need your email and order number to log in. Once you're in, we'll provide you with all the necessary details to move forward with your return.

After we receive your returned item, we commit to processing your refund within 5 working days. This way, you can rest assured that we're handling your return swiftly and efficiently.
You may return any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging for a full refund within 60 days after you receive your order. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the return and have to send it back. You will be responsible for paying shipping fees incurred in the delivery of the return package, as well as all taxes and duties. We offer prepaid return labels at negotiated prices with UPS.

Exchanges
At Waldor & Co., we're dedicated to ensuring your total satisfaction with our products. To make sure you have the perfect item, whether it's a different size or color you're after, we offer exchanges free of charge.
Here’s how you can exchange a Waldor & Co. product:
- Eligible items for exchange include any unused items in their original packaging. You can request an exchange within 60 days from the date you receive your order.
- To initiate an exchange, simply head to our return portal. Once there, you can register your exchange, and we’ll provide you with a return label along with all necessary instructions.
- As soon as we receive and approve your returned item, we'll dispatch the new item to you.
We aim to make the exchange process as seamless and convenient as possible. Our dedicated customer service team will be on hand to assist you and provide updates throughout the process, which typically spans 10-14 days.
Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for exchanges. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the exchange and have to send it back.

Waldor & Co. is owned by the Swedish company WALDOR & CO. AB, VAT identification number 559088-1792, and is headquartered at Grev Turegatan 12A, 114 46 Stockholm, Sweden. By accessing this website or placing an order with Waldor & Co. (hereinafter “we”), the customer (hereinafter “you”), agrees to be bound by all these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions without notice to the customer.
We assume no responsibility for any links on our website to external websites, which are not operated by Waldor & Co. and are therefore beyond our control.
Processing of personal data
Waldor & Co. takes a responsible approach to handling personal data and all details are protected from external access. Furthermore, all data is handled according to the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which is a requirement within the EU. The personal details that we collect are name, personal identity number, postal address, phone number, email address and IP address.
We need these details in order for our customers to be able to make purchases on our site, and to be able to offer you a more personal form of communication. For delivery of/payment of our products, some of these details are shared with our payment and shipping partners. We will never sell your data to anyone.
You have the right to request: a statement of all details that we have registered on you, that registered details be changed, for the parameters of use for your data to be limited, and that all registered data be deleted. Payment
You may pay securely on our website using a debit card or credit card. Waldor & Co. does not store or handle any credit card information. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any sales and promotions apply as long as stock lasts.
Order confirmation
When you place an order, an electronic invoice is automatically generated and sent to the e-mail address you provide us during the checkout process. This e-mail serves as your order confirmation and proof of purchase. It is therefore important that you provide us with a valid e-mail address that you use frequently. Please review your order confirmation carefully; if you notice any errors in your order confirmation, you should promptly contact our customer service department at info@waldorandco.com.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at info@waldorandco.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our logistics center it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellations after shipping: If the item has already left our warehouse and been shipped to you, can still be returned for a full refund by using our convenient return portal.
Damaged goods
We accept liability for any goods that are damaged or lost during transit prior to delivery. Upon receiving your goods, please carefully inspect them for damage. If you find your goods to be damaged, it is your responsibility to contact our customer service department at info@waldorandco.com within 14 days after you receive your order. In your e-mail, please remember to specify your order number and describe the damage that your goods have suffered. You will be responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs during the return process.
Warranty
Your Waldor & Co. product is warranted by us for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The international Waldor & Co. warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased Waldor & Co. product.
During the warranty period, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are unable to restore the normal conditions of use of your Waldor & Co. product, we guarantee its replacement by a Waldor & Co. product of identical or similar characteristics. The warranty for the replacement product ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced product.
This manufacturer’s warranty does not cover:
- The life of the battery.
- Esthetical changes that occur during aging and use, such as scratched crystal, a worn-out watch band or case, etc.
- Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.) and incorrect use of the watch.
- Failure or damage caused by an unauthorized person or representative.
- Any consequential or indirect damage resulting from the use, failure to operate, defects, or lack of precision of the Waldor & Co. watch.
- Failure or damage caused by water, fire, or weather. (All Waldor & Co. watches have a water resistance rating of 5 ATM. Watches with this level of resistance are wearable when using household sinks, playing sports, or swimming in shallow water. Do not wear Waldor & Co. watches while bathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or participating in any other activities that result in full submersion of the watch for extended periods.)
Please save your order confirmation, as it contains information about your order and serves as your proof of purchase.
5-year full coverage guarantee
The 5-year Full Coverage Guarantee entails free repair or replacement of all damages beyond the guarantee standard. Such as water damage, accidents and esthetical changes. This guarantee does not cover loss or theft of your Waldor & Co. product.
To avail this warranty please contact our customer support, make sure to include your order number and a detailed description of your errand.
Gift card
The Waldor & Co. gift card is redeemable for merchandise at Waldor & Co. Our Gift Card can not be redeemed for cash or for the purchase of another card. It’s valid for two (2) years from date of purchase. After the validity date, the value of the card is zeroed. The card is then unusable and cannot be refilled or extended in any way.
If a purchase paid for with a gift card is canceled or returned, the amount will be refunded to the gift card used for payment.
Purchases will be deducted from the card amount until the value of the card reaches zero. Any unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift card can only be used in the currency in which the card was purchased. The gift card is non-returnable.
Waldor & Co. reserves the right to change the terms of the gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the annulment of the gift card, if we deem such action necessary.
By purchasing a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Liability of defects
Waldor & Co.’s responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. We bear no direct or indirect responsibility for incapability delivery delays, downtime, data loss, etc.
18-year age limit
Waldor & Co. does not accept purchases by people under 18 years without a guardian's consent. This can be done most simply by writing the child's name and social security number, guardian's name and social security number, and signature on a piece of paper and emailing it to our customer department info@waldorandco.com.

Images and text on waldorandco.com are copyrighted by the author and may therefore not be used for either private or commercial use without our knowledge and approval.
Safety
You should be able to feel safe when shopping at waldorandco.com, which is why we use SSL encryption, which is the most common form of encryption. It is as safe as it can be to pay by card with us. We do not store card details and all card information is handled with SSL encryption.

Waldor & Co. shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties caused, hindered, and delayed by circumstances beyond our control. This includes, for example, government intervention, new/amended legislation, war, fire, natural disasters, weather conditions, sabotage, criminal activity, etc.
