If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our logistics center it cannot be canceled.

You may return any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging for a full refund within 60 days after you receive your order. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the return and have to send it back. You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. Used items andwatches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns.
Our return process is 10 working days counting from when we have received your return. As soon as the warehouse has registered and accepted your return, the refund will be issued to the same account that was used when you made the purchase. Please note that it may take 1-3 banking days until you see the money on your account again.
Exchanges are free of charge. You may exchange any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging within 60 days after you receive your order. To exchange a product, please register your exchange at our return portal and we’ll send you a prepaid return label to use for the exchange and further instructions. You use the same crown to adjust both the time and the date on your Waldor & Co watch.
To set the date, unscrew and pull the crown out one step and turn it to the left (counter clockwise). To set the time, pull the crown out two steps and turn it to the right (clockwise)
Properly press the crown back into place to start the watch. If the crown is not properly pushed into place, the watch won't start.
Applies to Chrono, Epoch, Inceptive:
To set the time, pull the middle crown out two steps and turn it to the right (clockwise), then properly press the crown back into place to start the watch. If the crown is not properly pushed into place, the watch won't start.
Press the top button to start the chronograph, the second hand will then start ticking. Press the top button again to stop the chronograph. It will then stop and indicate the elapsed time. Press the top button again to proceed the chronograph. Press the bottom button to reset the chronograph. The second hand will be reset to starting position “0”.
Please note that the chronograph can only measure up to 60 minutes.
Yes. Watches with a 5 ATM level of water resistance are wearable when using household sinks, playing sports, showering or swimming in shallow water. Do not wear a watch with a 5 ATM water resistance while bathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or participating in any other activities that result in full submersion of the watch for extended periods.
Dial: The dial of the watch is made from scratch- and shock-resistant sapphire crystal. It's easily cleaned with a dry, soft lint-free cloth.
Straps: All of our watch straps are either leather or stainless steel straps. You clean the straps by simply applying soap water with a toothbrush and dry using a soft cloth.
General: Don’t use harsh chemicals when cleaning the watch. Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetics, etc. Such products may damage the watch.
Yes. All our watch straps are made with real leather.
According to EU regulations, all Waldor & Co products are 100% nickel-free. All our products are made of polished stainless steel.
Customers that have nickel allergies should have no problem with our products.
All Waldor & Co rings are ONE SIZE, this means that all rings have a size that will fit everyone and you can easily adjust the size of the ring so that it fits your finger perfectly.
All our watches are unisex and can be worn by both men and women. Waldor & Co. watches come in different sizes to account for various wrist thicknesses.
Yes. All our watch straps are interchangeable and can be removed and replaced easily using only one’s fingers. To remove a watch strap, we recommend using your forefinger to pull the rounded spring towards yourself.
