If you would like to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at info@waldorandco.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests that we receive and process before an order has been dispatched will be accepted, and the customer will be refunded in full. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched from our logistics center it cannot be canceled.

In situations where our most popular items are temporarily out of stock or when the demand for a new release is exceptionally high, we sometimes offer the option to place a pre-order. This involves securing the product by paying for it in advance, ensuring that you will receive it as a priority once it is restocked or when it is officially launched. Products eligible for pre-orders are always indicated with a special badge on our website. The estimated waiting time for a pre-order is stated on the product page and typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks. If you wish to inquire about the status of an ongoing pre-order, our customer service is always available to assist you.

To pre-order an item, you have two convenient options:

Online: Simply visit our website, add the desired item to your cart, and proceed to complete your purchase. Our user-friendly interface will guide you through the process seamlessly.

Cancellation and Refunds:You can cancel your pre-order at any time before the item has been shipped from our warehouse, and you’ll receive a full refund. Just reach out to our customer service team to initiate the cancellation process.

Returns After Shipping: If the item has already left our warehouse and been shipped to you, don’t worry! You can still return it for a refund by using our convenient return portal, which you can access here.

Our pre-order opportunities vary based on several factors, including stock levels and product demand. We recommend pay attention when placing an order for special occasions or gifts because our standard delivery time (2-5 working days) does not apply to pre-order products. Please note that the availability of pre-order options may change over time, so keep an eye on our website for the latest information.

You may return any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging for a full refund within 60 days after you receive your order. Items that have been worn or watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. In the unlikely case that the item is returned in an unacceptable condition we won't accept the return and have to send it back.

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it. Used items and watches whose plastic covers have been removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns.

Our return process is 10 working days counting from when we have received your return. As soon as the warehouse has registered and accepted your return, the refund will be issued to the same account that was used when you made the purchase. Please note that it may take 1-3 banking days until you see the money on your account again.

Exchanges are free of charge. You may exchange any unused Waldor & Co. products in their original packaging within 60 days after you receive your order. To exchange a product, please register your exchange at our return portal and we’ll send you a prepaid return label to use for the exchange and further instructions. We will send you the new item as soon as we have received and approved your returned item.

If you receive a Waldor & Co. product that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service department at info@waldorandco.com within 14 days after you receive your order. In your e-mail, please remember to specify your order number and describe the damage that your goods have suffered. You will be responsible for any damage to the goods that occurs during the return process.

Our approach is simple; we remove anything that doesn’t add value, and invest in what does, offering high-quality watches and accessories, free of compromise, featuring exquisite design and functionality, at prices far below those of traditional watch and accessory brands.

We believe high-quality craftsmanship should be accessible to all. By building strong relationships with the best factories, cutting out the middleman, and selling our watches and accessoris directly through our website we’re able to bring our customers exceptional products at dramatically lower prices.

Waldor & Co. takes a responsible approach to handling personal data and all details are protected from external access. Furthermore, all data is handled according to the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which is a requirement within the EU. The personal details that we collect are name, personal identity number, postal address, phone number, email address and IP address.

We need these details in order for our customers to be able to make purchases on our site, and to be able to offer you a more personal form of communication. For delivery of/payment of our products, some of these details are shared with our payment and shipping partners. We will never sell your data to anyone.

You have the right to request: a statement of all details that we have registered on you, that registered details be changed, for the parameters of use for your data to be limited, and that all registered data be deleted. Our vision is to produce high-quality watches and jewelry at an end price way below traditional retail. How do we do this? You use the same crown to adjust both the time and the date on your Waldor & Co watch.

To set the date, unscrew and pull the crown out one step and turn it to the left (counter clockwise). To set the time, pull the crown out two steps and turn it to the right (clockwise)

Properly press the crown back into place to start the watch. If the crown is not properly pushed into place, the watch won't start.

Applies to Chrono, Epoch, Inceptive:

To set the time, pull the middle crown out two steps and turn it to the right (clockwise), then properly press the crown back into place to start the watch. If the crown is not properly pushed into place, the watch won't start.

Press the top button to start the chronograph, the second hand will then start ticking. Press the top button again to stop the chronograph. It will then stop and indicate the elapsed time. Press the top button again to proceed the chronograph. Press the bottom button to reset the chronograph. The second hand will be reset to starting position “0”.

Please note that the chronograph can only measure up to 60 minutes.

Yes. Watches with a 5 ATM level of water resistance are wearable when using household sinks, playing sports, showering or swimming in shallow water. Do not wear a watch with a 5 ATM water resistance while bathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, or participating in any other activities that result in full submersion of the watch for extended periods.

Dial: The dial of the watch is made from scratch- and shock-resistant sapphire crystal. It's easily cleaned with a dry, soft lint-free cloth.

Straps: All of our watch straps are either leather or stainless steel straps. You clean the straps by simply applying soap water with a toothbrush and dry using a soft cloth.

General: Don’t use harsh chemicals when cleaning the watch. Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, perfumes, cosmetics, etc. Such products may damage the watch.
